30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items, excluding custom request or personalized items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Items that have been specifically customized or personalized for you will not be eligible for a return. 

Initiating a Return

Please provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with the instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Exchanges
